In today’s edition:
7 essential tools to streamline your content creation
How these tools help us run Creatorverse
Why every creator should consider adding these to their toolkit
If we could go back to the start of our content journey,
these are the 7 tools we’d hand ourselves.
Today, we’re sharing them with you in hopes they’ll make your path smoother too—
we rely on them daily and wish we’d them discovered sooner.
Also, some of these links provide us a small commission at no extra cost to you. If you decide to purchase using our link, thank you so much for your support. But if not no worries!
1. Manychat
Manychat is a game-changer, especially when it comes to automating mindless, repeated tasks on Instagram.
We use Manychat every day to:
Automate our DM’s
Fill out forms with our followers
Gather emails for our newsletter
It’s been a crucial tool for us to put our valuable time into higher-leverage tasks.
We’d be so burned out if it weren’t for this service.
2. Beacons.ai
If you ever felt stressed out about making a media kit for your brand…
I stumbled upon this a few months ago, and I’m very satisfied with it.
Beacons.ai has an AI-powered media kit generator that simplifies the entire process.
For example, My media kit took only 45 minutes to create.
And it looks NICE, and it lives on it’s own link so you can share it instantly with interested brands rather than having to send them a google drive link or file attachment.
3. Beehiiv
This email you’re reading right now was written and scheduled with Beehiiv, our newsletter platform of choice.
Here’s why we use Beehiiv:
Simple UI
Great email automation tools
A decent newsletter landing page builder
Affordable, with a free tier to try it out!
If you’re a creator, founder, or brand, starting an email newsletter is one of the smartest moves you can make.
It’s a direct line to your audience—
free from social media algorithms.
We understand now that our social media followers are essentially rented: if our accounts go down, so does our reach.
4. Make
We use Make to create automations that connect multiple services together.
It helps us every day with:
Connecting platforms and apps seamlessly
Automating repetitive workflows
Our most active automation is the Manychat → Beehiiv Subscriber pipeline.
We receive an email from Instagram which is automated by Manychat
Manychat sends the email to Make
Make communicates with Beehiiv to create a new subscriber with the email
The process happens in a few seconds.
There’s much more to Make’s features we haven’t explored yet,
but it’s a tool we’re happy to invest in—saving us hours of time in return.
5. Cal.com
Our go-to tool for scheduling meetings.
Removes back and forth before scheduling.
Automatically adds meetings to gcal.
Why is this better than Calendly?
Dark mode. lol.
6. Notion
Everything we do runs on Notion. Everything.
Without Notion, I wouldn’t be here today.
We use it for:
Weekly task management
Content ideation
Content scheduling
Long-term strategy
Document storage
Branding guidelines
Copywriting drafts
Meeting notes
We’re Notion fiends and it’s helped us organize our thoughts so that we can be more productive.
Also, it has dark mode too.
7. Figma
Ever seen a story post, carousel post, or thumbnail by us?
We probably designed it with Figma.
It’s been especially helpful with:
experimenting with new designs for the future of our brand
collaborating with Ryan on designing creatives
Designing proposals for potential clients
8. Every Other Tool We Use
If you want to see every single tool we use to run our business, we’ve listed them all out here on our website:
